Because of his unique physiology, he is able to project any of his weapons at any speed he is capable of moving at, making it impossible for others to dodge at their most extreme speed, as they can literally move in negative time. He also has access to all the techniques stemming from the twelve nidanas while utilizing the style, allowing him to shut down all opposition that gets in his way if he so chooses. Kan normally wields between six and nine katana when utilizing the fighting style, affording him a unique style of combat similar to the Acrobat style used by Killer Bee, especially when combined with rampant twists, flips, spins and turns. When engaging in combat, Kan is able to sheath his multitude of katana at any point in time to dish out punches, kicks and taijutsu-type moves to the target. While his prefers physical contact, it isn't needed at all and can prove many times as effective from a distance. Without notice, Kan is also able to project any of his weapons from anywhere on his body, or from any surface within range of sight, allowing him to literally take a multitude of opponents by surprise, which can prove quite fatal within fractions of a second. Combined with his natural and surreal speed, he has proven himself quite adequate in dispatching entire groups of foes within seconds.
