Odin countered one of Kenichi's punches with a throw, but Kenichi was still able to counter even in his current condition. No matter what attack Kenichi uses it would be neutralized by Odin's Seikuken. Odin explains to Kenichi that his Seikuken is an ability to control an area where one could attack and defend. Kenichi tried to his Strongest Combo, but none of the attacks landed. Odin then finished off Kenichi with a couple of his own punches. Odin took Kenichi's badge as his promise. Odin explained to Miu that he wanted the badge, because a decade ago, Kenichi did something unforgivable. Odin then told Kenichi that he'll destroy the Shinpaku Alliance. Later, Kenichi angrily threw the badge Odin gave him. Miu puts the weight back on Kenichi to continue his shopping training. Miu then told Kenichi that he should be glad to still be alive and that death is the real sign of defeat. Kenichi vows to never become a loser. Unfortunately, later at night at Ryouzanpaku, the masters called Kenichi a loser. But, the elder told Kenichi that he learned a lot more from losing and was advancing.
