  • The 1960-37 was a Grand National (now Sprint Cup) - Pacific Coast Late Model Series (now Camping World West Series) combination event held at California State Fairgrounds on September 11, 1960. Many of the sport's best drivers, including eventual season champ Rex White, did not make the long trip west to Sacramento. That was just fine with Jim Cook who held off Scotty Cain for Cook's only career victory. Stats
