| abstract | - El Milyoner (Arabic: المليونير) is Egyptian version based off British Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. Aired from July 20 to October 29 2012 on Al hayat TV2/1 channel as original format, and from April 24, 2013 as clock format. Hosted by George Kurdahi. Top prize is 1 000 000 Egyptian pounds. From 2013 the clock format released in show: 30 seconds are given for thinking ang giving an answer to from 1st to 5th questions, but 45 seconds are for answering to from 6th to 10th questions. After the question 10 the clock are eliminated. On July 31, 2012 contestant Mohammed becoming the first empty-handed man. The question here comes: "What is the metal that encases its iron to protect it from rust?". He said it's lead, but the zinc was the correct. The 1, 2, 3, 4 are used in the multu-choice answers in the Egyptian version A, B, C, D instead.
