  • Miroslav Hlinka (born August 30, 1972, in Trenčín, Czechoslovakia) is a Slovakian professional ice hockey player who is currently playing for HK Aquacity ŠKP Poprad in the Slovak Extraliga. He played for Slovakia in the 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2003 World Championships as well as the 2004 World Cup of Hockey. He has been playing mostly in the Czech and Slovak Extraligas since 1990. In 1999-2000 he played for Jokerit Helsinki in the SM-Liiga and in 2001-02 and 2002-03 Hlinka played for MODO Hockey in the Elitserien. In the following season he played for Dynamo Moscow.
