When Dooku turned to the Dark Side, Sembla took it upon himself to attempt to redeem him. Sembla: Come back to the light, Dooku. I can sense there's still good in you. Dooku: I'm never coming back, Sembla. Sembla: Then you are like any other Sith, and I must kill you.—Sembla and Dooku Dooku refused to go back to the Jedi Order, and the two dueled. Dooku let down his guard for just a moment, but Sembla found this weak spot and grazed Dooku's leg. This was healed with bacta later on. He participated in the Battle of Geonosis, where his son died. He did not witness Coleman's death, but found his body when the battle was over. At that moment, he vowed to destroy the CIS and the Separatists. In the Clone Wars, he was assigned to Geonosis and escaped Order 66. Sembla Trebor: History will not repeat itself. I will not be killed like my son was. Darth Vader: I'm afraid you have no choice, Master Trebor.—Sembla's last words and Vader's response to them He exiled himself to Sembla, where he was found years later by Darth Vader. He engaged Vader in a duel, but the aged Vurk was no match for the Sith Lord and was struck down. However, before he was killed, he sliced off a portion of Vader's mask, which provoked the Sith to kill him by beheading him. His legacy lived on with a statue built in his honor in the Jedi Temple of the New Jedi Order.
