  • J'aing Li was a Kaminoan scientist and member of the Kaminoan High Council, responsible for creating the Delta G-3530 Batch and many other Fett-batches. Like Orun Wa, he was perfectionist, and was disappointed when he discovered that the G-3530 Batch developed Force-sensitive defects, which forced him to terminate the entire G-3530 Batch. Although he believed the entire G-3530 Batch was terminated, he failed to realize that Taun We managed to preserve one of the G-3530 batch clones, who would later grow to become the legendary General Delta-3530.

When Taun We revealed the fate of his entire batch to Gohan, Gohan held a bitter grudge and hatred to J'iang Li, who like Oden and the Null-ARC's, couldn't understand how they own creators hold such disappointment and disownment to their own creations. J'iang Li was present with Lama Su and Orun Wa to review the Null-ARC's when Mereel, Ordo, and their Null-ARC brothers launched an uprising against their Kaminoan masters. Ironically, it was Delta-3530 who assisted Kal Skirata in bringing the Null-ARC's under control and preventing them from killing Orun Wa, Lama Su, and J'iang Li. J'iang Li was unaware that Delta-3530, was the sole survivor of the G-3530 batch that he terminated several years ago, that saved his life.
