abstract
  • Pac-Man (JP) is an important video game created by Toru Iwatani and developed by NAMCO, that was initially released in the Arcades. Immensely popular since the original release to the present day, PAC-MAN is considered one of the most classic titles of video game history, transforming character and game in some of the greatest icons of the industry. This is the first game of a franchise that would grow with more than 120 games over the years; It has been remade and re-released many times on various consoles, primarily releasing with large impact on the Nintendo Entertainment System (both licensed and unlicensed formats) and Game Boy. The NES port is also included as a short demo in the Masterpiece section within Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, and it's set to be re-released once again in the game selection of the NES Classic Edition.
