An intelligent magic item has the same properties as a magic item it is based on. It additionally has the following properties: * Senses: They perceive the environment normally, but have no perception bonus. However, it can detect things as necessary to your story. * Communication: Generally 2-3 communication modes * Speech: One to three languages. * Touch Telepathy: * Full telepathy (communicate within 20 squares). * Glyphic: Uses symbols or images to communicate. * Skill modifiers (optional): Either narrow categories (bonus to certain tasks), not tied specific skills, or a simply +2 bonus as if it was using aid another. Intelligent items can't be disenchanted like normal magic items, but it can be transformed into another item in the same category per the Transfer Enchantment ritual.
