abstract | - A jutsu developed by Aoi Hozuki with the purpose of laying water traps around a battlefield under the cover of his Hiding in Mist Technique, this technique is a perfect tool for dissuading people from pursuing him and his team mates. It functions by utilizing some water he controls and forcing it into the ground, where it eats away at the soil that holds the earth together, making a pit of incredibly dense water. Once it is finished, it looks like nothing more than a normal puddle, but this puddle is malicious, once someone steps on it the water will react, quickly attempting to pull the opponent into the pit, where they will drown. Due to the density of the water, it is near impossible for a person to pull themselves out once they have been forced in, and will generally require help for to escape.
