rdfs:comment
  • The Salvo-class cruiser fc-2, also known as the Salvo-class Star Destroyer, was an Imperial warship developed by Kuat Drive Yards during the early days of the Galactic Civil War. It was designed as a multi-role ship, as it had several turbolasers for battling starfighters and corvettes, as well as proton torpedo tubes for larger targets. It also had wide, large hangar bays, enough to hold its standard compliment of four TIE squadrons. A later model, the Broadside-class cruiser kdb-1 was based on the Salvo, but was smaller and primarily a missile ship.
