abstract
  • It served as the main bastion of the Coreward border of the Nulvarl Empire and was attacked several times in the War of the Areltsi Coalition. Several times the Coalition forces were driven back but after the Battle of Turlin, the enraged Coalition forces battered their way through the Nulvarl defenders and occupied the planet. Once in control, the Coalition ground forces pillaged their way through Stolin's rich cities and killed over three million people. Trivas liberated the planet shortly after that and exacted harsh punishments upon any Coalition captives. Those that were part of the pillaging ground forces were executed while the handful of captives from the space force were enslaved to rebuild the war torn Stolini economy. When the Coalition was defeated and the Nulvarl Empire under Jorell dominated the region, Stolin once again rose to prominence. Later, when Trivas returned with Sith allies and defeated Jorell, Stolin became part of the Nymean Ascendancy. A small ground based shipyard now produces fighters, shuttles, and freighters for the Ascendancy. Its infrastructure is the main source for imports to the less developed surrounding colonies and planets. It is still a prominent planet despite no longer being a border planet.
