- Father was a psychotic Ithorian born on an unknown planet. His parents were never recorded nor found, and his easily-broken temper didn't help those who wished to find out. Father constructed The Sons Lightning in 5,000 BBY when he was about thirty years of age. Another major accomplishment that Father acquired in his life was the Clan of Two Cities. As the first founder, Father proved a loyal competitor against those who opposed him. Together, he and a young woman supported and raised a young boy named Thomas Magruder. The two loved him dearly until Father's rage broke like a shattered spine. According to the past, Father was killed shortly into his life by Thomas, his own adopted son. During his life, Father made great history and accomplishments with the Clan of Two Cities, where his followers believed him as a god. However, that belief was shortly worshiped when the surviving members of the clan were driven mad, and Father's past was forgotten.

As soon as the Ketran ship was close enough, Father grabbed them and killed all but one, a Ketran named Toomin. Father kept Toomin alive as an opponent with which to play games. Father's knowledge was extensive, because he had already absorbed the minds of many dead people from many races who had come to the moon. Toomin, trapped but kept alive by one of Father's tentacles, was forced to play games that he had no chance of winning. Father's demise finally came when Toomin won a game based on creativity. The goal was to make music with an alien instrument. Father, being essentially a sponge of information, had no real creativity and could only mimic what he had seen and heard. Toomin, on the other hand, was creative enough to win the music game, and to win more games by using his imagination. Eventually, Toomin began to acquire the information of the dead races that Father had accumulated. Finally, there was nothing left of Father but an empty sponge. Toomin was able to use his knowledge to escape the moon, which was now devoid of all life.
- "When you see an insect lying on the ground, do you stop to consider it a fool? The life of an insect is so beneath you that it would be a waste of your time to even consider judging it. That would be an accurate summation of my feelings towards you humans."-Father This article is about the character. For the episode, see Episode 28: Father (2009 series). Homunculus (referred to as "Father" (お父様, Otō-sama) by his "children", the other homunculi) is the central antagonist of the Fullmetal Alchemist manga and 2009 anime series. He is the oldest Homunculus and the progenitor of the Homunculi, creating them directly or indirectly. Arrogant and self-righteous, he deems only power over and ownership of the world, "perfect goodness and being", and "divine order" worthy of his attention, and he seeks to become absolutely "superior" to the human race. One of his outward looks bears a striking resemblance to Van Hohenheim. "Father" was created from the essence of the Eye (with some of Hohenheim's blood mixed in), and thus Father's shadowy actual form greatly resembles the Eye. "Father" inherited much knowledge from the Eye, and, when it comes to amount, only those of the Eye and Truth exceed his knowledge.
- Father (父, Chichi) is the twenty-ninth episode of the Death Note anime.
- Father is a religious title attributed to priests. (TXF: "All Souls") Priests who have been known to have the title before their name include Father McCue, Father Gregory, Father Joseph Crissman, Father Ybarra, Father Silas Brown and Father Esposito. (TXF: "Gethsemane", "Redux II", "All Souls", The X-Files: I Want to Believe; MM: "Kingdom Come", "Midnight of the Century", "Seven and One", "Via Dolorosa") The term "Father" is also occasionally used in reference to God by the believers of Christianity. (TXF: "All Souls", "Orison", "Signs and Wonders") In this context, the Father is regarded as the first person in the Holy Trinity. (TXF: "All Souls") Even though the other definitions attributed to "father" were used frequently in The X-Files, Millennium and The Lone Gunmen, this article deals exclusively with the religious usage of the word.
- April-father.jpg|April's Father (Show Ghouls) 8x07ElderlyFather.png|Elderly Father (The Lost Picture Show) A Father appeared in a total of 2 episodes over the course of the series.
- The Father -also revered as the All Judging or the King of Sacrifice, is the Exarch of Prime and one of the four Archigenitors. He grants the Prelacy of Doctrine and his Ministry is the Paternoster. His associated number is three. According to the Seers, the Father is the architect of revealed religion. He communicates through holy visions. He sits on a throne of angels or propels Seers through a dream of hell, filled with symbols representing what the Seer needs to do. He is also one of the only Exarchs with a confirmed gender, and thus is not referred to with the traditional alternating pronouns.
- House had been forced to work clinic duty as punishment and was getting stir crazy with all the routine medical problems. To try to thin out the crowd of waiting people, he started offering everyone in the waiting room $50.00 if they would leave. Lisa Cuddy tried to stop him, but several people, including Father, took him up on it. However, House saw Father and Kid return to the clinic, this time accompanied by another doctor. House stopped them and the doctor told House that Kid had swallowed a magnet and probably needed surgery because radiology would be inconclusive. House grabbed a scalpel from a cart, which worried all involved, but instead of using it to cut the Kid, used it to locate the magnet. The magnet stuck to the scalpel, showing all involved that the magnet had passed far enough into the intestines that it wouldn't cause a blockage. House then asked for his $50 back.
- Father is a track in the BIOHAZARD CODE:Veronica ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK. It also appears in the expanded BIOHAZARD CODE:Veronica Complete ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK.
