  • The Mother-and-Child Rocks are a location from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. They are landmarks found in Zora's Domain, across from the entrance to Snowpeak. They are a pair of rocks, one large and one small, sticking out of the main pool of water in Zora's Domain. Exploration underwater reveals that they are two spires of the same rock that branched off underwater. This is the only place Reekfish can be found, as the coral they eat is found nowhere else. Prince Ralis, after giving Link his Coral Earring for use as bait for Reekfish, mentions that they are found near these rocks. It is possible that the name is a reference to Prince Ralis and Queen Rutela, his mother.

Interestingly, Mother & Child Isles from The Wind Waker share a very similar name with these rocks, although there is no known connection.
