World-Renowned as "Kobi no Thoosa" ("Thoosa of the Flirtations"), Thoosa is a sixteen-year-old cyclops who was inspired into becoming a pirate by a singer-songwriter whom is renowned as the "Soul King". She is an amateur bass guitarist and the beloved captain of the Poppu Bando Paire-tsu (Pop Band Pirates). Because she has managed to obtain a bounty at the younger than average age of sixteen, Thoosa is referred to as being a gurentaika by the Marines and the press alike. And the size of the aforementioned bounty - 150,000,000 - has earned her both the title of "Super Rookie" and a lifetime membership within The Reckless Generation. Last but most definitely not least, she is THE protagonist of One Piece of Music.
