Ryūnosuke can manipulate the flames to the point where he can transform the one headed dragon into a multi-headed dragon or split it into several smaller dragons. Like it's fire release parent jutsu, it has a extremely high temperature and like it's water release parent jutsu it takes forty-four hand seals, the highest amount of hand seals necessary to use a jutsu shown in the series so far. However, Ryūnosuke was able to produce one with only one hand seal, which he states is called Negai, a hand seal commonly found/used in Ninshū techniques. While under the influence of Enma, Ryūnosuke has shown to preform this technique and summon his Sharingan eyes within the fire dragon's, and use it to seek out his target(s) via Sharingan, whether he can preform this action while not under the influence of Enma is currently unknown. Ryūnosuke later teaches Ōsaka this technique in hope it would inspire him to get into the habit of learning and even creating fire release jutsu.
