She was chosen as a wildcard entry for the Danish national final and won the right to represent her country at the 2012 contest, finishing in 23rd place in the final. The song peaked at #1 on the Danish charts. She recorded her debut album Sing Out Loud over a two-year period and it was released by Baltic Records on 23 September 2011. Her second studio album was released in 2013.
