She also knows karate and plays string instruments such as the guitar. She appeared in the 2013 Sesame Street Live show Make a New Friend, where she was voiced by Anisha Nagarajan. As part of Sesame Street's cultural appreciation curriculum of their 48th season, Chamki will be making a special appearance in an episode. In 2015, Sesame Workshop and POGO launched a new animated series, Chamki ki Duniya (Chamki's World). This is the first completely animated series that Sesame Workshop has ever produced.
