She understands that they may not be perfect but expects them to do what they are ordered to to the very best of their abilities not only for the sake of the mission but so that they can better themselves. Even though initially she may not seem it, Shichiyou is a very good teacher. In her personal life, Shichiyou likes to adhere to a set schedule and keep her home extremely neat. She's not overly friendly and is very selective about her friends. Those that are her friends though she considers very dear to her and would do most anything for.
