Usually clad in elaborate robes, it has the upright posture of a human (though presumably covered in fur), but the head, tail, hands and legs of a rabbit. The Moon Rabbit keeps track of all occurences within the Demiurge's reality. It is an extremely powerful being that has only occasionally appeared in any setting. It is capable of a high degree of reality modding and is presumably not mortal to any in-universe force.
