| abstract | - The Mountain-Guard Eunuchs were the sons of Alabri programmed to be totally obedient elite bodyguards and assassins for their father. They were led by the eldest of their number, Tinden. They were made eunuchs in their youth, to prepare them to guard their father's harem. The organization was established in 802 BBY. They acted as a sort of secret police, mingling with the Mousa and rooting out any discontents, who they would murder in their own homes at night, displaying their mutilated corpses in the Mousa city commons. Trained in martial arts by their father, the Eunuchs developed and recorded over three hundred ways to kill a man without using weaponry, as slowly and painfully as possible. Few had the willpower to resist interrogation enforced by the Eunuchs' tortures. The only Eunuch to ever desert was Alkeri. The fate of the Eunuchs following the downfall of the G'ye Cult was a mystery. Some rumors held they accompanied their father to the Deep Core to found a pocket empire. The Eunuchs commonly employed vibrotridents, flaming arrows, and envenomed darts.
