  • Jaroslav Rezac (February 6, 1886 - May 29, 1974) was a Czechoslovak goaltender. He played club hockey for ČSS Praha and later SK Slavia Praha. Rezac and Jan Fleischmann co-founded the first Slovak hockey team, CsSK Kosice, in 1921. He also served as a Czechoslovak delegate for the IIHF. He was a member of the Czechoslovak National Team at the European Championships in 1922, 1923, and 1929, although he only appeared in a game at the 1923 tournament. Rezac was also on the Czechoslovak roster at the 1924 and 1928 Winter Olympics and the 1931 World Ice Hockey Championships.
