Due to the abiltity to create barriers, it is implied to be somewhat related to space. - Order is in Aneris' domain. Though it is not of our Goddess, it is vital to life. By denying such a thing as Order exists, the strength of Disorder in a person is diminished. To gain strength through the way of our Goddess, we must also accept the opposite of Her influence. Order is the reverse of Disorder, and is the focus of the followers of Greyface, who believe that Order is the ultimate purpose of humanity's time and energy. In the Sacred Chao, Order is symbolized by a pentagon. See the Curse of Greyface for more information about the relationship of order and chaos.

- It is the third and last tenant of the Mask of Eternity (after Truth and Light). The precept of Order states that Order brings Unity and thus Perfect Harmony. It is the opposing force to Chaos. To have Order, one must be able correct small faults, or they will not be able to control great ones. In Serenia; peace is thought to be the natural order of things. The leaders of the Forty Thieves of the Endless Desert had once been students of natural order, magic, and philosophy, before turning from their teachers towards evil. The Chalice of Order provides the light eternal.
- Order is an environmental aura in Tropico 2 which forms part of the resignation values for captives on the island. Order is the opposite of Anarchy, so any area high in one value will be low in the other. This can be problematic since pirates need Anarchy, which creates zoning issues. Where possible, buildings and decor which emanate Order should be placed away from pirate-only areas such as pirate housing districts. Pirates working as Overseers or Guards in high-Order areas should have Defense-emanating buildings and decor placed nearby to help mitigate their lack of Anarchy.
- Perfect is the founding member of Order. He had been interested in the concept of total control ever since he was a child growing up on Irk. At the time, Irk was in complete control by the Almighty Tallest and every citizen was forced into doing their bidding, which mostly involved destroying planets. However, Perfect never really intereacted with anyone on the Planet, as his parents forced themselves into hiding and could only go outside on rare occurences. The reasoning behind this was that Perfect's parents were notably disguisted by actions caused by the Tallest and the people of Irk, forcing themselves into hiding from society. Ironically, Perfect favored and valued the Irken way of life, but argued that their reasoning for destroying planets was unjust and anarchic. Perfect believed
- Order is a great force of stability and power, and is neither physically nor spiritually corrupting like Chaos, though it is not in itself necessarily "good." While its adherents and servants act in ways that could sometimes be considered benevolent, some devotees of Order like the Necrons are more dedicated to the service of structure, stagnation and imposing their will upon the galaxy than the selflessness that Mankind and most other intelligent species define as righteousness. However, more often than not, the service of Order rewards sacrificing one's own desires and wants in the service of a larger group in such a way that the implementation of stability and structure leads to forms of self-sacrifice, heroism and compassion for others that most cultures characterise as benevolence. Un
- Orders are specialist groups available to devoted members of certain alignments. Bontarian or Brakmarian players without an order are known as a neophyte. To join an order, neophytes must complete the first 20 bonta/brakmar alignment quests. Currently there are three orders within the Bontarian and Brakmarian alignments. Every 20 alignment quests done the player may progress a level within the order. In-game information about the specific order can be found by talking to the order's leader, as well as in a book by the leader.
- Order is a gameplay feature found in Fire Emblem Gaiden, Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn, and Fire Emblem Awakening. It allows the player to set a certain strategy that, when ending their turn, all unmoved Player Units will follow. In Gaiden and Awakening the commands are located in the map menu. In Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn it can only be used by the leader of the player's army. It is comparable to the Direct command.

- __NOEDITSECTION__ Nauczyciel progimnazjum wojskowego registrator kolegialny, Lew Pustiakow, sąsiadował ze swoim przyjacielem Ledieńcowem. Do niego też skierował swe kroki rano w dzień Nowego Roku. Pustiakow chrząknął z zadowolenia i wszedł do domu. Zdejmując w przedpokoju futro, zajrzał do salonu. — Kto tam dzwoni? — dał się słyszeć głos gospodarza. — A! to Lew Nikołaicz! Prosimy. Pustiakow wypiął pierś, podniósł głowę i zacierając ręce, wszedł do salonu. To łajdak, denuncjant! Zaraz jutro opowie dyrektorowi! Gospodarze i goście zjedli czwarte danie, zjedli z łaski losu i piąte… Wstał jakiś wysoki pan z szerokimi, włochatymi nozdrzami, garbatym nosem i zmrużonymi od urodzenia oczami. Pogładził się po głowie i wyrzekł. — E-e-e-e — eproponuję ewypić za rozkwit siedzących tu dam! Biesiadnicy wstali z hałasem i wzięli do rąk kieliszki. Głośne „hura!” rozległo się po wszystkich pokojach. Pustiakow wstał i ujął swój kielich lewą ręką. — Lwie Nikołajewiczu, oddajcie, z łaski swojej, ten kielich Nastasji Timofiejewnie — zwrócił się do niego jakiś mężczyzna, podając mu kielich — i namówcie ją, żeby wypiła. Stanisław z pomiętą czerwoną wstęgą ujrzał nareszcie światło dzienne i zabłysnął. Tremblant nieśmiało wyciągnął prawą rękę do butelki i… o szczęście! Pustiakow ujrzał na jego piersi order. I to nie „Stanisława” lecz „Annę”!… Więc i Francuz poszachrował! — Tek! — powiedział Pustiakow. — Dziwna rzecz, Juliuszu Augustowiczu! Jak mało było odznaczeń przed świętami. Wielu u nas pracuje, a dostaliśmy tylko my — pan i ja. Dziwna rzecz! Tremblant potrząsnął wesoło głową i wystawił naprzód lewą klapę, którą zdobiła „Anna” trzeciego stopnia. Ta jedna myśl tylko dręczyła go trochę. Poza tym, czuł się zupełnie zadowolony.

As they have free will, they may move quickly if they're paying attention, or they may take their time depending on whether they're a) playing with sound off, b) away from keyboard, c) incompetent, or d) determined to sabotage your pillage for reasons best known to themselves. There are common reasons for ordering players to stations:
* Asking people playing one puzzle to move to another—e.g., on a ship with lots of bilge but little damage, asking a second carpenter to move to bilge.
* Enabling a guest without officer privileges to navigate or load guns.
* Waking up people whom the commanding officer thinks are asleep or lazing
* Breaking through the haze of puzzle vision. A number of crews hold that refusing to obey an order deserves the plank.

This command is rather impractical, as the player will generally want to move their units themselves, and if they do choose an Order other than halt, they will have to issue the Wait command to every unit they want to remain stationary.

- Players have to convince the barman that there is demand for 'rum' by using 5 different disguises given by Captain Braindeath. Upon giving the order to the captain, players will receive Braindeath's mark.
Perfect believed that society should be in total control by the government because the concept of "free will" is purely disasterous and can only cause trouble.
- The Order is a mercenary organization that sells weapons and their own members to fuel wars. They are the antagonists for the Hyper Dimension Neptunia G Lastation Arc of Megadimension Neptunia VII.
Order is very important to the Hillmen tribe of the Barren Region. Their culture is dedicated to their Stone of Order. The Chalice of Order provides the light eternal. Derek Karlavaegen speculates that a powerful evil family must exist in the universe in order to balance the presence of the powerful and good royal family of Daventry. He feels that such conflict is part of the order of the universe not just to balance forces, but to give purpose to existence. If this is correct then this means that good and evil (or whatever one wants to call the two) must exist--just to keep things interesting!

Unlike Chaos, which is the very embodiment of the Immaterium, Order is best represented and embodied by the physical universe of realspace. Realspace is defined by concrete natural laws and a stable reality that does not constantly shift to match collective psychic whims like that of the Warp. The most powerful current entity of Order is the Emperor of Mankind, whose potent mind resides within the Warp, always acting to circumvent the growing power of the Chaos Gods and their attempts to have the power of Chaos bleed into and destroy the stability of realspace. The collective pantheon of Eldar Gods was also once a powerful representative of Order, but of its number only Isha, Khaine and Cegorach remain. However, a nascent Eldar God and perhaps a force for Order equal in power to the Emperor is even now gestating within the Infinity Circuits of the Craftworlds, known as Ynnead, the Eldar God of the Dead. The C'tan are also powerful forces for Order, though they serve what other species might consider the "evil" incarnation of Order, determined as they are to impose a regime upon the galaxy in which all sentient organisms feed their never-ending hunger for living energies. There is no generally accepted iconic symbol for Order, but the Eldar have often used a rune in the Eldar Lexicon that stands for "Harmony" as a representative symbol of Order. As this symbol was also once used by ancient groups of humans to represent the order of the universe brought about by balance, it could be considered a universal symbol of Order just as the Chaos Star is the universal symbol of Chaos. Ultimately, Order and its servants seek to strengthen the rules and architecture that bind the physical universe together. They seek a universe defined by a rigid structure of natural laws and a hierarchy in which everything in existence knows its rightful place, whether it is living or inorganic. In general, Order is a spiritual force that can represent the more benevolent, selfless impulses that exist within the psyches of every sentient being in the galaxy, though it can also lead to stagnation, repression and corruption, as has happened over the last 10,000 Terran years to the Imperium of Man. Because Mankind is by far the most populous intelligent species in the galaxy of the late 41st Millennium, the greatest embodiment of Order is the Emperor of Mankind, who serves as the God of humanity. The Emperor is known as the "Anathema" to the Chaos Gods and their servants because he alone represents the greatest current obstacle to the overwhelming victory of Chaos over Order in this corner of the universe. With all the obvious dangers associated with Chaos, such as mutation, daemonic possession, and spiritual damnation, some might wonder why anyone would willingly choose to turn their backs on Order to serve the Ruinous Powers. The answer is actually simple. Chaos judges its servants solely on their abilities and their records of success and failure in promoting the agenda of the individual Chaos Gods and of Chaos Undivided as a whole. Chaos also offers those who serve it the opportunity to perhaps one day wield power and respect far beyond the dreams of most mortals' avarice. For so many people, particularly in the oppressive, feudal Imperium of Man, whose untrammeled Order has ultimately bred stagnation and corruption, too often family connections and inherited wealth are rewarded rather than ability. It is impossible on too many Imperial worlds for a talented individual to ever better their lot. As such, Chaos actually offers a substantial degree of freedom and the only real meritocracy that many citizens of the Imperium have ever known. But Chaos is not a benevolent force, and for the vast majority of those who fall to Chaos' temptations, they will never know either power or position and will be little more than faceless puppets in the endless schemes of the Dark Gods. While Chaos may reward success with power, even the mightiest Chaotic servant becomes a slave of Chaos, never its master. Most Chaotics will fail, eventually ending up as possessed daemonhosts mindless Chaos Spawn, or simply as just another corpse in the heap, a pawn whose usefulness to the Ruinous Powers has ended. Those who serve Order may never know the sheer power and freedom that a devotee of Chaos can wield, but neither will he fall to damnation. His body and soul will always remain his own, and in service to something larger than himself he may actually earn the mantle of the hero.

It's possible to change your order after you've chosen one. If you talk to your order's leader (i.e. the NPC that assigns it) you will be given the option to leave it. If you choose to do so, you will keep your alignment level, but you will lose all order levels you have gained. After leaving, there is a 7 day waiting time before you can pick up a new order. In-game information about the specific order can be found by talking to the order's leader, as well as in a book by the leader. If you want to quit your order you must talk to Pandawanegain at (-26,34) for Brakmarians or to Jonas Bridget at (-34,57) for Bontarians
