| abstract | - Rios Organa was a Jedi Padawan during the New Jedi Order. He was born on Alderaan in 3 BBY. His mother was Tia Organa and his uncle was Bail Organa. He escaped his home planet of Alderaan just before it's destruction by the Death Star with the aid of Tane Jin, who would ultimately end up being Rios' guardian for the next few years. After the destruction of Alderaan Rios and Tane Jin traveled to the Manarai Mountains in Coruscant to seek refuge in a hidden away rebel hideout. There they where taken in by rebel general, Mark Riidaa. In 10 ABY the rebel base was discovered by Imperial Remnant troops and Rios, Chava Paison and Bestel Mato escaped the base in the scuffle between the Rebel and Imperial troops. Following this, Rios traveled with Bestel to Yavin 4 to once again seek hiding in a Rebel hideout. Here Rios began to learn the ways of the Force and training to become a Jedi. In 18 ABY Rios traveled to Dantooine with Luke Skywalker and the rest of the first students of the Jedi Praxeum where they encountered a nominally large sense of the dark side. A battle soon erupted when the students where surprised by an attack by an army of rusty Battle droids and ancient clone troopers. The resurrected army units of past battles on Dantooine turned-out to be the work of the Force ghost of Darth Plagueis, who had been driven insane following decades of wandering as a spirit pondering malice, hatred and revenge. He used his unique force ability of "creating life" to bring the fallen units back to life. His ghost was drawn to Skywalker's immense ability with the Force. Although, Rios Organa's life was one cut short, people recognized that despite the fact may not have been a great Jedi or might not have even had the potential of being, he had developed a strong connection with the the Force. Luke Skywalker and the other students held a funeral ceremony for him, shortly after Rios appeared to Skywalker when he was alone in a vision as a Force ghost himself. __TOC__
