Outside of his purview he had associated with twenty-two people, all of whom were friends or associates who worked in either the military or the intelligence community. Among them was Glenn Khaner, whom he met in SRPA Station Igloo. During his stay in Washington, D.C., Ozerov accepted the depressing inevitable that humanity will be wiped out by the Chimera.
