- This power can be confusing for new players. It is actually an area spell, but only affects a very small area right in front of the mage. This means that hitting multiple enemies with this spell is difficult, though not impossible. Adding to the confusion, the damage is done to the enemy before the spell is actually animated. However, a very short casting time, combined with good damage for the mana spent and a reasonable cooldown time, makes this a very good spell to use when killing creatures. If a mage learns to time this spell correctly, it is possible to use Blaze as a powerful finisher to kill off enemies and not receive damage.

- Blaze, called the Hero of Fire, is one of the Three Heroes Gabriel encounters in Fable: The Journey. Blaze's temple, the Forge of Fire, is found in the Lava Fields within Thorndeep. Blaze was considered one of the greatest Heroes during the final days of the Old Kingdom, and came to be part of a trio of the Old Kingdom's other greatest champions known as the Three Heroes. During the waning days of the Old Kingdom, the Crawler, chief lieutenant of the Corruptor, attempted to invade Albion through a rift made between it and the Void by the recently finished Spire. Venturing to combat the foe, Blaze added his power to that of his companions in an attempt to close the rift and stop the Crawler. Unfortunately, while the group managed to close the rift, they could not defeat the Crawler, instead electing to imprison it within Shadelight dungeon, found deep within the faraway desert continent of Aurora. Furthermore, the destruction of the Tattered Spire released all of Albion's collected Will energy in a massive explosion, which turned the Three Heroes, Blaze among them, into Willstones, destroying the Old Kingdom in the process. An unknown amount of time later, the followers of the Three Heroes, known as the Enlightened, took the Willstone of Blaze and appropriately hid it within the Lava Fields, a part of the expansive Thorndeep forest found in the Edgelands, Albion's northern frontier. Once the group escaped the Devourer, one of the Corruptor's weaker lieutenants, Gabriel and Theresa ventured to the Forge of Fire using the directions of their new friend and ally, Fergus. Approaching the temple, Fergus fought off native balverines while Gabriel passed a series of puzzles within the temple. Plunging his hands into the pool to retrieve the Willstone there, Gabriel gains the power of Fire, which greatly aided Blaze in his quest for justice and becomes an important weapon in Gabriel's quest to save Albion.

- While trying to evade a hungry bat, Blaze crash lands into Tinker Bell's balloon, though the pixie fails to notice. After flying further, Tinker Bell begins to get hungry but when she looks through her food pouches, she finds that they've all been eaten by a firefly. Tink orders the firefly to leave, which he seemingly does, though he truly wanted to tag along with Tink on her quest to find a magical mirror that can grant one wish. Tink hopes to use the wish to repair the shattered moonstone that will provide blue pixie dust for the fairies. After Blaze's apparent exit, Tink tries to read her map but it's too dark to see. Blaze then sheds light on the map to help Tink, and the tinker finally allows him to stay. As the duo's adventure continues, Tink thinks she has stumbled upon the stone arch that is said to lead way to the mirror. She leaves the balloon to make sure of this and leaves Blaze to watch over things. While Tink was out, however, the balloon began to stray away, and Blaze rushes to tell Tink. Tink was too busy trying to figure out why she stumbled upon a bent tree instead of the stone ark, to notice Blaze. When she finally sees the balloon floating off, she briefly blames Blaze. The two follow after it but the harsh winds knock them down. The next morning, Tinker Bell awakens and is hungry and lost. Blaze scouts out to rally some forest insects that provided food and water for Tink. They also lead her and Blaze to the stone arch, and the adventure continues. They find the shipwreck that is said to house the mirror and head inside. Tink finds the mirror but accidentally wishes for Blaze to silence for a minute. With the one wish wasted, Tinker Bell breaks down in tears and wishes her friend Terence was there to help her out. Luckily, Terence followed Tink after finding her blueprints to build a balloon. Terence quickly befriends Blaze as well, but the heartfelt reunion is cut short when the team is attacked by rats. Blaze briefly distracts them with his light, long enough for Tink and Terence to get further away. When all seems lost, however, Tinker Bell uses Blaze's light to create a menacing shadow puppet, scaring away the rodents. Tink and Blaze are led back to the balloon, which Terence found while searching for Tink. They make way for Pixie Hollow and along the way, Tinker Bell fixes the scepter using a white gem from the top of the mirror, the scepter pieces Terence has wisely brought, and the moonstone pieces, all set at just the right angle. Tinker Bell, Blaze, and Terence are all praised as heroes upon their return to Pixie Hollow and peace is restored one again.

- Blaze is a firefly who first appeared in Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure on Tinker Bell's adventure to the Lost Island north of Never Land. He now lives with the tinkers and helps them just like Cheese.
