  • The Helas were a race of amphibious, nonsentient creatures native to the damp world of Enaleh. They had eel-like bodies, with basket shaped heads with four jaw-like flaps and four tentacles. The Helas were born and matured underwater, then later, as adults, they took to the water-dense atmosphere of their planet. They were filter feeders, using their tentacles to detect their insect prey then strain it from the atmosphere using their mouths. The most interesting aspect of the Helas was their ability to fly. The Helas lacked traditional wings, utilizing an internal organ that functioned much like a repulsor engine to lift them from the ground. Their natural predators were the slard.

  • Hela is the goddess of death and the ruler of Hel. She will appear as the main antagonist of Thor: Ragnarok. This version of the mythological Hela was created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.
  • Hela is the Asgardian Goddess of Death who was imprisoned for millennia. Released early by mistake, she began causing all sorts of chaos, including sending Thor to Sakaar and destroying his hammer.
  • HELA was a German tractor manufacturer, founded by Hermann Lanz in Audendorf. The company stared building tractors in 1929. The firm built smaller compact tractors, but confusion with the firm of Heinrich Lanz caused problems and after the 2nd World War the firm re-branded as HELA instead of Lanz.
  • Hela was a frozen world with no atmosphere which first orbited the gas giant Haldora, and later the shadows' mechanism that imitated Haldora down to its gravitational field. Back before the destruction of its parent planet Hela was a colony world of the scuttlers. However, after beginning the process to bring the shadows from their universe to that occupied by the scuttlers, in an attempt to prevent their extinction at the hands of the Inhibitors, the Nestbuilders intervened and destroyed them.

  • Hela (no real name known) is a mage student. Her codename is a reference to the Norse goddess of the dead. She appears in one incident -- a fight with Bannockburn that grows to involve the Fury twins, and which the Outcasts have to stop.
Many years later, humanity colonized Hela. Led by Quaiche, a man who believed that Haldora's failing concealment mechanism was a message from God, Hela became the center of scuttler research -- or rather, the pawning off of their artifacts to Ultra traders. When Scorpio and Aura refused to allow the shadows to cross over, the Nestbuilders considered this a sign of wisdom and Hela became the site of their first formal contact with humanity.
  • Hela is the ruler of Hel.
  • The flag of Hela.
The tractors were powered by their own engines or with other German-built engines such as an MWM or Deutz diesel engine. The firm, like many other small tractor companies, stopped building tractors by the 1960s as competition and the growth of larger tractors from international manufactures took over the market.
