He is an acrimonious malevolent alien warlord who seizes control of his species after murdering his former leader, and subsequently unleashes several kaiju onto the earth, revealing he wishes to cause humanity's annihilation and conquer the Earth in a violent, villainous, obstreperous, and destructive way by taking over the minds of Earth's monsters and ordering them to destroy the Earth's cities. Later, when Godzilla was unleashed, X sent the monsters at his disposal to destroy him, only for him to defeat them one at a time. He later sent out Keizer Ghidorah and Gigan to kill him, only to fail once again, resulting in his death as well as he was destroyed inside his Xilien Mothership as it self-destructs. He was portrayed by the Japanese actor, Kazuki Kitamura, who also played Nomura Shuhei in the 2014 film, Killers.
