McCornish is a corrupt LCPD officer along with his partner Jimmy Matthews who is corrupt too, they are encountered by Jim and Johnny and both accused them unfairly of stealing chopper bikes and demanded a payment from both Johnny and Jim. Later on he and Jimmy are both killed in action when Johnny lured the crooked cops into the Lost MC ambush.

Zudem ist er sehr beleidigend gegenüber den Bikern und so fällt es einem nicht schwer, ihn zusammen mit seinem Kollegen Matthews bei der nächsten Mission Bad Cop Drop zuerst in eine Falle zu locken und anschließend umzubringen. Fall abgeschlossen.
