  • Reagan Lodge was raised near the Pala Indian Reservation in southern California. After attending the California State Summer School of the Arts (CSSSA) for animation in 2002, Lodge was accepted into a myriad of art schools yet could not afford any of them and set out to become a self-employed illustrator instead. Lodge received jobs from Nickelodeon Magazine, BAE Systems, and Random House/Ballantine Books by 2005. He served five years in the Marine Corps from 2009 to 2014, lending his talent for artistry to the fields of combat photography and side duties in graphics. Between December 2012 and June 2013, Reagan Lodge was stationed in Afghanistan as a Personal Security Detail (PSD), with side-duties as a combat artist. He was honorably discharged from active duty in 2014 and has resumed art as his full-time trade.
