- Elissa is Rayneshia's handmaiden from the Corwen clan. Much to Rayneshia's displeasure, Elissa often meddles in her affairs, especially when Krusty is involved.
- Elissa is the resident mage of Serpent's Fang, and met the Avatar during the quest to recover the Silver Seed in Ultima VII Part Two. She also works at the side as a Trainer for the Art of Magic. She appeared to be a proficient magic-user and merchant when the Avatar met her in her laboratory, and was more than happy to sell several spells for gold coins. Elissa also offered the Avatar magical training for a price, which made her the only magic trainer in the game. Despite the excellent results, she revealed during training that she wasn't a natural teacher.
- Players can speak to her before starting the quest. When asked, "What do you do here?", she will answer, "I am helping with the dig. I am an expert in Third Age architecture." When asked, "What is this place?", she will answer, "In the Third Age, this was a great city! Look at these giant walls! They put Varrock to shame!" Players can then choose to answer:
