Whether Needles himself faced any consequences is unknown; however, he seemed to be smirking as he hung up, so many think that he set Marty up. Surprisingly, he is quite younger than Marty as when Marty was a Junior in High School, Fujitsu was still in the 6th grade. It is currently unknown how he became Marty's boss.
