* Shuradô (Voie des Asura) : Il a le pouvoir, ou plutôt la capacité, d'avoir un corps mécanique truffé d'armes en tout genre tel des missiles, une main canon, une queue tronçonneuse,... Il possède aussi six bras et deux visages sur les côtés.
* Chikushôdô (Voie des Animaux) : Il a le pouvoir d'invoquer des créatures gigantesques et très puissantes qui ne peuvent être détruites qu'en tuant l’invocateur. Ses invocations sont nombreuses : chien ayant plusieurs têtes qui poussent et se multiplient dès qu'on en coupe une, rhinocéros, taureaux ... Chaque invocation possède aussi le Rinnegan et donc Nagato peut aussi voir à travers eux.
* Gakidô (Voie des Démons Affamés) : Il a le pouvoir d'absorber le chakra. Même des techniques très puissantes comme le Rasen Shuriken de Naruto.
* Tendô (Voie Céleste) : Il a le pouvoir le plus puissant des six. Il a le don de télékinésie. Il peut attirer et repousser sa cible, ou la matière, à n'importe quel niveau de puissance. Il peut même balayer le village de Konoha avec cette technique. Cependant, toute divine que soit sa technique, il faut une pause de cinq secondes à chaque utilisation pour la réemployer. Lorsqu'on l'utilise avec assez de puissance pour balayer un village, il faut attendre plusieurs minutes.
* Ningendô (Voie Humaine) : Il peut lire dans l'esprit et la mémoire des gens en quelques secondes rien qu'en posant la main sur leur tête et leur retirer leur âme. Il peut aussi transmettre ses informations à tous les pains par la pensée.
* Jigokudô (Voie des Enfers) : Il peut invoquer une créature qui a divers pouvoirs. Dès qu'il tient une personne en main et que la personne ment, la créature régurgite une main qui prend l'âme de la victime et la mange mais c'est inefficace sur quelqu'un qui dit la vérité.
