  • Reflect appears as a butterfly with two sparky antennas and a tail.
  • Reflection, more commonly called Spell Reflection, is a defensive mechanic that allows mobs and players to avoid a spell, as well as reflecting it back to the caster. It is the most flexible avoidance mechanic, but also the rarest one. Only targeted spells can be reflected; Area of Effect spells cannot. Spells which hit multiple targets but are targeted (such as Chain Lightning) can be reflected individually for each hit. Rogue poisons use the spell mechanic and as such can be reflected, too.

  • Reflect is an ability that deals X ability damage back to the caster if a drainbolt, firebolt, zap, icebolt is targeted to the unit with this ability. The damage is a bit different from usual ability damage: It cannot be blocked by Immune and will not trigger further reflect. Reflect occurs regardless of the targeted unit will die or not.
  • This technique reflects an incoming technique back at its caster in the exact same state. None of the modifiers from the character who is reflecting the technique affects it all, but the modifiers applied by the caster remain intact. There are different grades to this technique, but all of them require the same EP cost of the technique be spent and an additional cost for every point of DP the technique costs to dodge when outgoing; -DP to dodge effects do not apply. The additional EP cost depends on the different grade of reflect. This technique fills all effect slots available, even if quested for.
  • Reflect (映す, Utsusu) is one of the abilities of the Demon Mirror which relates to Tezca Tlipoca's abilities as a mirror.
  • Reflect.......reflects damage so if something says Reflect 5% than you will reflect 5 out of every 100 damage back to the attacker.
  • __NOWYSIWYG__ Reflect (リフレクター Reflector) Battle Data Affected by Contest Data Contests (RSE) Super Contests (DPPt) Contest Spectaculars (ORAS) Reflect is a Psychic-type move introduced in Generation I. It was TM33 in Generation I. Although it stopped being a TM in Generation II, as of Generation III, it became TM33 again.
  • Reflect is a benefitial status effect that reflects incoming magical damage or effects back to their origin.
  • This ability reduces damage taken while reflecting the remaining portion. In some cases more damage is reflected than taken. For example, if a player takes 94 actual damage while under the effect, 111 damage would be dealt on the attacker. This practice is very powerful against NPCs when used with a divine spirit shield, arcane spirit shield, or an elysian spirit shield as the damage reduction is calculated after Reflect takes place, effectively causing the player to reduce damage taken 65% while the attacker takes 50% rebounded damage. The damage reduced is not 80% because damage reduction in RuneScape is calculated multiplicatively, not additively. So 100% damage reduction or over is not possible by equipping multiple damage reducing gear and stacking multiple damage reducing abilities.

The damage reduced is not 80% because damage reduction in RuneScape is calculated multiplicatively, not additively. So 100% damage reduction or over is not possible by equipping multiple damage reducing gear and stacking multiple damage reducing abilities. Reflect stacks with debilitate, giving 75% damage reduction. Reflect's potency is multiplied when tanking multiple targets and can be devastatingly effective in multicombat PvP battles. A recommended way to counter this ability is to continuously use your weakest abilities (such as cycling Slice and Punish). This will keep your adrenaline gain up while taking as little damage as possible. Not attacking at all is not recommended as it stops your adrenaline gain, unless you are also using a shield in which case you can 'fight fire with fire'. Conversely the best way to make use of this ability is to activate it when your opponent initiates or is about to initiate a strong, long duration attack like numerous thresholds such as Assault or Asphyxiate. Some monsters are able to exhibit a temporary reflect-like state: * General Graador (hard mode) * Araxxor * Vorago
