This technique has sensory aspects as well. Due to his affinity and reliance on the wind, Lucas literally observes his surroundings through minute changes in air pressure and air flow. Any physical object in contact with the air is revealed to him in complete detail. This effect extends to anything that affects the air, such as chakra. He can sense the minute variations from chakra signals in the air, allowing him to tell if someone is using even subtle techniques such as genjutsu. This combined with his control of the air allows him to disrupt ranged genjutsu and other subtle signals, such as ranged fuinjutsu. this essentially renders ranged techniques from those 2 things useless vs him. will be finished later
