- Queen B. is the boss of Vine Valley and the third boss in Donkey Kong Country. She is located in the stage "Bumble B. Rumble." She is the only female boss in the Donkey Kong series. Queen B. is clearly a larger version of the Zingers, common enemies in Donkey Kong Country.
- "Queen B." is the tenth episode of Arrested Development's fourth season. Lucille finds that her children have already started divvying up her things and adjusts to her new home.
- Queen B. is the third boss in Donkey Kong Country resembling a giant Zinger. Queen B. is found in Vine Valley. Queen B. tries to attack Donkey and Diddy with her massive stinger. Like regular Zingers, Queen B. cannot be jumped on due to the spikes on her back. The Kongs must attack Queen B. with a barrel, making her angry and red and bounces across the entire area. The Kongs cannot attack Queen B. in this state, due to being invincible in this mode. After a while, Queen B. calms down and turns yellow again. She can also have a barrel be thrown at her again. The Kongs must repeat these step four more times to defeat Queen B. and move on to Gorilla Glacier.
- In order to defeat this large bee, Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong will have to pick up a Vine Barrel, (which will break upon contact or dropping with anything) and throw it at Queen B. Afterwards, she will become enraged and turn red out of rage, invincible for a short period of time (much like the uncommon version of regular Zingers, the Red Zingers, except the Red Zingers were invincible forever). Queen B. will vertically swoop up and down trying to hurt the Kongs, but if not hit for a while, she will calm down and another barrel will spawn.
- Queen B. is the queen of the Zingers and the third boss found in Donkey Kong Country and the boss of Vine Valley. She is the possible spouse of King Zing as they both have royalty names and are similar in size. In the Game Boy Advance remake, she turns red and acts the same, but has five Zingers surrounding her and they must be defeated so Queen B. may be attacked as she turns back to normal then.

Queen B. will vertically swoop up and down trying to hurt the Kongs, but if not hit for a while, she will calm down and another barrel will spawn. In Donkey Kong Country's Game Boy Advance remake, she could surround herself with other regular sized Zingers to act as a defensive barrier to defend against barrels, though those Zingers too were able to be defeated with barrels. King Zing, who would later appear on the sequel Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest, is believed to be her spouse.

In the Game Boy Advance remake, Queen B. has regular Zingers surrounding her instead of bouncing up and down multiple times by herself an having to wait a certain amount of time to defeat Queen B. When all of the Zingers surrounding Queen B. become defeated, Donkey and Diddy can attack Queen B. with a barrel.

She is the possible spouse of King Zing as they both have royalty names and are similar in size. When battled, Donkey and Diddy must watch out for Queen B. flying around in a zigzag pattern. She acts like a regular Zinger as she has Spikes on her back, preventing the monkeys from jumping on her. However, a barrel can be found and must be thrown at Queen B. so she is attacked. When attacked, she turns red and goes up and down for a while until turning back to normal. This must be repeated a couple more times to defeat Queen B. and being able to move on to Gorilla Glacier. In the Game Boy Advance remake, she turns red and acts the same, but has five Zingers surrounding her and they must be defeated so Queen B. may be attacked as she turns back to normal then.
