Roy Payne is a former NASCAR driver from Alvin, TX. He competed in forty-four Nationwide Series events in his career, racing full-time in 1993 and 1994. Payne struggled in his career, earning just a best points effort of 22nd and earning just two top-ten finishes. His best effort was a 4th at Charlotte in 1994.
