| Biography | - Mark Beard is a former NASCAR driver from Mt. Pleasant, MI. He competed in two Nationwide Series events in his career.
Beard's first race came in 1982, when Beard debuted in the series' inaugural event at Daytona. Starting 26th in the field of thirty-four, Beard fell some seven laps down in the race but still drove to a solid 18th place finish.
Beard unfortunately did not run so well when he returned to action at Charlotte in 1986. Starting 23rd in the field of forty-two, Beard fell twenty-six laps down and struggled to a 26th place finish.
