  • Captain Riggs was a United States Marine Corps captain active during Day 5. Captain Riggs was guarding a checkpoint at a road which had access to President Charles Logan's retreat. He stopped visiting Wayne Palmer, who was trying to reach the retreat. Captain Riggs reached Vice President Hal Gardner via Secret Service Agent Peter, and eventually received permission to allow Palmer to pass. Down the road, Palmer was ambushed by a team of mercenaries led by Brennan and hired by Christopher Henderson. ("Day 5: 8:00pm-9:00pm")
  • Riggs (Played by Dan Morgan, Timothy Gordon) was a servant at Collinwood in 1795. Most notably, he was seen guarding the door to Josette DuPres Collins bedroom (425).
