During the Occupation of Bajor, Bata led troops into the Capitol of Bajor, where her soldiers killed millions of people and laid waste to the city. (DS9 novel: The Laertian Gamble) Kira Nerys used Bata Huri's name as an alias in 2370 when she used a communicator to make threats to Gul Mavek on the mining moon Davonia. Kira claimed Bata was a representative of the Bajoran Liberation Front and that her assault teams were sweeping through the Gul's facility placing dilithium bombs. This was actually an attempt to get the Cardassians to leave, before the so-say bombs went off, making it easier for Kira's under-equipped team, who did not have bombs, to conduct their mission in the facility.
