It is said that only powerful users of the Sharingan are capable of fighting within the landscape created by this technique. Water sometimes flows into the tornadoes as well, creating boiling tornadoes which spread pure destruction across the battlefield. At the epicentre of it, a massive tornado forms around the user, fuelled further by massive fires which are rampant throughout the battlefield, rendering the area around the user inaccessible. This fiery tornado is further enhanced by the Chakra Lightning and veritable electricity being generated by the moving wind and scorching fire, supercharging the wind and fire tornado. Earth is then pulled into this tornado as well, and formed by the user within it, creating a pseudo lightning charged lava tornado construct of immense power. Water would then flow within the tornado, boiling and supercharging it with an extreme amount of electricity and cutting power, enhancing the power of the Susanoo. With shape manipulation, the construct can grow arms as well, metaphorically becoming a massive, Elemental Susanoo of incredible strength. It serves its purpose by being incredibly dense and durable, with the capability of directing every single storm in the area to attack the opponent. Needless to say, this technique uses an extreme amount of Chakra, and can only be accessed when a powerful user is in 5 Gates or above. This technique can counterbalance any elemental technique, as it is comprised of the 5 elements.
