He is the original manager of the singing sensation Linda Moon who he mistreats, Roger has the mentality that he thinks he is a black guy, he hates Chili Palmer for taking Linda Moon away from his group that sing nothing but songs from the 70's going nowhere, and mistreats his bodyguard Elliot Wilhelm due to his desire to want to be, an actor, he constantly criticizes him being a homosexual. He was portrayed by Vince Vaughn. Roger hires a hitman who murdered the wrong person, than his second meeting with the hitman he murders him with a red bat while he's already choking on a sandwich, Roger is also a victim in a way because he constantly gets undermined and dogged out by his boss Nick Carr. When things are starting to look up for his bodyguard's movie career, when his bodyguard receives the phone call, Roger erased the messages, when his bodyguard finds out the truth about what Roger has done discovering the messages on his two way, he turns on him, shooting at Roger and setting off fireworks that sets Roger on fire. Roger was last seen, in a video camera at the MTV Music Awards dancing around while he is still on fire.
