| abstract | - The being born Methlin, but better known as Captain Korraijus, the Dreaded Sith Beast of Korriban, or simply Korriban, was actually a harmless civilian female Ixll born on Da Soocha V in 25 BBY. When only a month old, she was captured (along with other nestlings) by an exotic pets procurement agent and taken away from her homeworld aboard a Starhunter menagerie ark. The nestlings were sold throughout the galaxy. Methlin was purchased by a traveling entertainer and independent film-maker on Abrion, Lorj Jook's. Jook's named the nestling "Captain Korraijus." He begins to make a number of holo-features with a cast consisting of Methlin in the title role with a supporting case of finger puppets. These features were:

* 8. The Adventures of Captain Korraijus VIII: Pajamas on the Warpath (15 BBY) All eight films were set aboard a starship traveling the Unknown Regions. The interior of the "starship" was actually a miniaturized set built inside a shoebox. In 14 BBY, a holovosion series aired based on the popular movies, called The Adventures of Captain Korraijus: Long Winter Pajamas. It starred a Wistie named Vibrena as Captain Korraijus, rather Methlin. Fans were outraged, and the show was canceled after a single season. Lorj Jook's died of a stroke. Methlin went to work for a new "master," a two-bit entertainer name Geekim. Geekim opened up a sideshow on Nar Shaddaa, displaying numerous little-known creatures from around the galaxy and claiming they were monsters from Sith Space. He labelled Methlin "the Dreaded Sith Beast of Korriban." Methlin was purchased from Geekim by Rothem, who freed and married her. She accompanied him on many Imperial missions, often assuming her "Dreaed Beast" persona and scaring Captain Mulchive Wermis during trips to missions aboard the Devastator. Wermis became convinced she was a horrifying vampire. Methlin would also slip into her "Captain" role, having long conversations with her "crew" of handpuppets. Rothem and Methlin raised three children on Da Soocha V: Li'l Doc, Kenni, and Timmy. When the children were grown, Methlin tried to train as a fleet officer at the Academy, but was rejected due to her species. In 3 BBY, she was is elected Senator of Abrion sector. Despite being a non-Human, she succeeded in her campaign largely because of her popularity as a holo-feature star. At her first official banquet, numerous Senators line up to get her autograph, although they have to wait in line behind Palpatine for some time as Methlin instructed him on the finer points of galactic domination through pajamas.
