| abstract | - Ivan "Yosemite Sam" Podofski is a collector of antique firearms who crosses Beckett and Castle's path in Punked, when, as a very wealthy man with access to an arsenal similar to the known murder weapon, and having recently left a threatening voicemail for the victim, he seems a likely candidate for killer in their latest case. His nickname is entirely apt, and at first he seems to share the cartoon character's hair-trigger temper as well, but the evidence, and endeavors of the forensics lab, shows that he and his weapons took no part in the events in the park that left a near-naked Daniel Goldstein stretched out dead on the grass.
