Synopsis
  • When Wyatt returns to the Baxter Building to warn the others that Johnny has rushed off to battle Dr. Doom alone, the Fantastic Four come running to his aid. Meanwhile in Dr. Doom's castle, the imprisoned and powerless Silver Surfer is tormented by one of Doom's guards, while elsewhere, the Inhuman royal family has found a location and have begun constructing a new home. As the battle against Dr. Doom rages on, Reed deploys his anti-cosmic flying wing device which siphons off some of Doom's cosmic power. Enraged, Doom chases after it into Earth's atmosphere, but as Doom reaches outer space the barrier that Galactus created preventing the Surfer from leaving Earth stops Doom, who seemingly perishes as a result as only the Surfer's board returns to Earth, speeding towards Doom's castle to free its true master.
