  • She is a famous pilot from the continent of northern Vespuciland. It is said she will be visiting Spielburg in a couple of centuries.
  • As a child, Amelia Earhart was obsessed with gingers. As the gingers were, she was heartless and turned to flight as an outlet from the teasing by her school mates. The first time she flew in a plane, she fell out. Breaking every bone in her body, she decided she just had to do it again. Being in a full body cast, it was difficult, but she once again went sky high and fell out. This was the beginning of sky diving.
  • Amelia Earhart was a Madrigal explorer who almost traveled the world but suddenly vanished. Very few people know that on one of her stops a Vesper spy cut one of her engines because she was getting close to a clue, Lily. She was killed by Vespers by sabotage. She disappeared over the Pacific Ocean, and her plane was never found. She almost found the clue Lily.

Father Charles Lindbergh ominously suggests to leave everything to him. She was mentioned in the tediously long version of the Maude theme song "And Then There's Maude" in "No Meals on Wheels".

(VOY novelization: Flashback) The question of Earhart's fate remained a popular subject of speculation in Human culture for centuries to follow, comparable to the disappearance of the Terra Nova colony. (ENT episode: "Terra Nova") In 2371, the USS Voyager picked up an SOS call from Earhart's plane, and discovered her, Noonan and the six other 20th century Humans held in stasis. After being revived woken up, Earhart and her fellow abductees declined Captain Kathryn Janeway's offer to stay aboard her ship, opting to join the Earth-like civilization that had been established on their planet. (VOY: )
  • Amelia Earhart was one of the first female pilots in Earth history. She had been on expeditions all over the world, and recalled seeing people doing all kinds of strange things to their bodies. In the mid-20th century she became famous for being the first woman to fly across the Atlantic Ocean. In 1937 she attempted to fly around the world, and on July 2nd, she and her navigator, Fred Noonan, took off from New Guinea and headed east, around the equator. However, while over the Pacific, the plane ran low on gas. They began looking for an atoll to set down on, and tried to send out an SOS. Suddenly, a they saw a huge light behind them. The plane stopped dead, and then started moving backwards towards the light. That was the last Earhart remembered of the event. They were in fact being abducted by an alien species, the Briori. To the outside world, it appeared that the plane just vanished somewhere in the South Seas. Unbeknownst at the time was that the mission was financed by her government and was part of an intelligence operation to gather information about the Japanese. Rumors about this emerged after the Pearl Harbor attack in 1941, and it later became part of established history. Lots of people spent years or decades trying to solve the mystery. The most commonly held theory was that the plane had just crashed. But no wreckage was found despite numerous searches, so more speculative scenarios started emerging. Some thought she'd been shot down and captured by the Japanese Navy. Others thought that she and Noonan had flown off together on some sort of romantic adventure. The most ridiculed theory was that she had been captured by aliens. By the 22nd century, the mystery was compared to the the the disappearance of Judge Crater and the fate of the Terra Nova colony. (VOY: "The 37's"; ENT: "Terra Nova") In 2371, the crew of the USS Voyager discovered that Earhart and Noonan had, in fact, been abducted by aliens known as the Briori, along with over three hundred other people in 1937, to be utilized as slave labor on a planet in the Delta Quadrant. The Voyager crew discovered Earhart and Noonan, along with six other humans, in a state of suspended animation, the only abducted Humans who had been left in stasis. By this time, the Humans had long since overthrown their Briori masters, and their descendants had established a thriving community on the planet. Upon being revived by the Voyager crew, Earhart and the others, who had come to be known as "the 37's" by the Human colonists, were given the option of joining the crew on their long journey back to the Alpha Quadrant. Earhart and the others declined, however, and elected to remain on the planet with the other Human colonists. (VOY: "The 37's") Footage of Earhart prior to her 1937 flight was featured in the opening credits for Star Trek: Enterprise. According to the Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 2, p. 226) , Amelia Earhart was born in 1898. Starbase Earhart was "named for aviation pioneer Amelia Earhart." (Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 2, p. 318). Likewise, the USS Earhart was likely named for her.

Chciała powtórzyć wyczyn Lindbergh’a i wylądować w Paryżu, niestety warunki pogodowe i problemy z samolotem zmusiły ją do lądowania w Północnej Irlandii. • Amelia Earhart (1897-1937 (probably)) was a famous aviation pioneer in an age when female pilots were extremely rare. She was decorated for her bravery and flying skill, and set many flying records of her time, both for women and for pilots of either sex. In 1932 she became the first woman to fly across the Atlantic Ocean solo. Earhart is probably most famous today for her mysterious disappearance over the central Pacific Ocean on July 2, 1937, along with second navigator Fred Noonan, during an attempted circumnavigation of the globe. Although the most commonly accepted theory is that Earhart's plane either simply ran out of fuel and crashed into the ocean, or made an emergency landing on an uninhabited island, numerous conspiracy theories abound, everything from failed espionage attempts to secret identities to Alien Abduction. Recent archaeological excavations have most likely found her castaway site, but this will probably do nothing to halt the conspiracy theories. Less well known is that Earhart was also a successful writer. She wrote many articles for Cosmopolitan magazine, and published two best-seller books on her experiences as a pilot and as a female pilot, 20 Hrs., 40 Min. and The Fun of It.
