  • The first Snow Golems have snowman-like appearances and wield Ice Sabres. These Snow Golems reside in Frostvale.
  • Snow Golems are animated snowmen built by humans and sometimes Endermen. They almost always wear Jack-O-Lanterns as helmets. __TOC__
  • Snow Golem is one of the Neutral Mobs that was added in Update 0.12.1. It can be created by the Player, and leave a trail of Snow wherever it goes.
  • Snow Golems, also called Snowmen, are made of two blocks of snow and a pumpkin head. The head is just a mask; their face is like a snowman's without the pumpkin. They also appear to have two stick-like arms. Snow Golems are utility mobs. They will follow the player and throw snowballs at mobs near them. Though the snowballs do no damage, the mob will start attacking the Snow Golem and let the player run away safely. This does not always work when mobs occur in large groups, such as with Zombies and Spiders. Snow Golems will die in rain, water, Desert Biomes, Jungle Biomes, Savanna Biomes, Mesa Biomes, or the Nether.
  • He is the main character in the episode "Thank You," where he appears to live a quiet life in a snow-covered farm house. He is shown eating acorns and a pear, possibly his main food source. He finds a lost Fire Wolf Pup and takes care of it before returning it to its family. In the episode "Frost & Fire," he is seen evacuating the Ice Kingdom with the Penguins as Flame Princess is melting it.
  • Snow golem is a type of monster in ADOM, that first appeared in v. 1.2.0 along with the new cold-based dungeons. They are humanoid constructs that are quite strong in melee combat, and have an ice breath attack that seemingly deals physical damage on top of cold-based damage (though cold immunity negates all damage from the attack). As might be expected, they take extra damage from fire based spells but are immune to cold. They are also notable for giving quite a lot of XP when destroyed, when compared with the yields from monsters of similar durability (or lack of).
  • [view] • [talk] Snow Golems, also known as Snowmen, are a unique type of passive mobs that are created by the player. As they walk, they leave snow trails in their wake. In cold and cool biomes, it'll happen at any elevation; in warm biomes, it will typically only occur above sea level. It is also fair to note that Snow Golems will take damage during rainfall (but not snowfall), and in any hot biome (i.e. the nether, deserts, mesas, savannahs, and jungles). Upon death, they drop only snowballs, meaning that no pumpkin will be dropped as used in the creation.

Two snow golems always guard the moat at the entrance to the Ice Queen Domain; these respawn each time the PC re-enters the level. Other snow golems are found in other parts of the domain, can be randomly generated in the Frost Giant Jarl Caves, and can be summoned by the ice queen .
