  • Yves Brunier is a French puppet builder and performer best known for the creation of Casimir, an orange puppet dinosaur-creature and French children's TV icon, main character of "L'île aux enfants" ("The Island of Children"), a famous children's TV series written by Christophe Izard. Although an established puppeteer in France for two decades, Brunier's Muppet career began in 1998, playing Chelli in Sacatruc, the French version of Big Bag. In October 2005, two years after the end of Sacatruc, Brunier joined the cast of 5, Rue Sésame as Yoyo. In November of that year, he performed in the Muppet TV pilot, manipulating characters to different voice tracks.
