  • While waiting for a rescue squad to pick them up, James' PDA goes off and rushes to the security camera. He notices swarms of undead have infiltrated the building and Kate searches the room for weapons and finds two submachine guns. The two fight off the hordes of undead in an attempt to get to the surface via elevator, noting what is happening at the surface and how many zombies there are compared to the 2000 event. When they reach the elevator hall, they find that it is busted and try to find another way out when a large arm grabs them. The two shake themselves free of the arm, but the arm sinks, collapsing the floor and dropping the two into the sewer. They soon face Justice and defeat it in a chase across the sewers. James notes that it's starting again, but its far more worse and the two need to find their way to the surface quickly.
  • ESCAPE is about a shuttle crash on a mysterious Imperial controlled planet. The series on YouTube ran for 2 seasons with a total of 13 episodes all shot in Star Wars Galaxies. A 3rd season was planned set after the planet's movement. However this never happened due to various actors in SWG leaving the MMO, as well as not enough views on YouTube. The overall story set at the time of the series was planned to run for 4 seasons in total. But the production has moved over to Second Life for ease of story telling abilities and set design. The story of ESCAPE has now changed from the original planned into a new exiting movie setting. The Trilogy of movies planned By TWINE LIGHT MEDIA was set to become some of the biggest & most complex of any Machinima projects yet made inside Second Life. But due to budget as well as a number of issues with making 3 movies about this story, we felt it would be better to create a new series rather then 3 movies. [UPDATE] As of Aug.2011, TwineLightMedia are now producing ESCAPE from SE1EP1 as audio stories only due to Second Life's recent lagging for Kerian Twine, as well as other projects he's doing. Though she threatened Enter, Escape is put in her place when Enter revealed that he was stronger than he let on. However, having upgraded herself by tampering with her data to find the remaining Messiah cards, Escape returns and unveils her Escape Evolve form. But when she learns that Enter absorbed one of the cards, Escape seemingly became obedient until she obtained Megazord Zeta, which houses Messiah's partially reconstructed data. From there, Escape uses the Megazord to crush Enter into bits before turning her attention on the Go-Busters during Christmas. Midway through the battle, as the Zeta-Type evolves into Messiah Reboot, Escape is horrified as she finds her data being re-absorbed by a restored Messiah.

  • Mern finds life doesn't change much for him - whether he's aboard Sanctuary or on the streets of Sivad. Sanjuni Plaza The Sanjuni plaza is the heart of the commercial sector of Sivad. Set overlooking a line of cliffs, high above the other levels of the city, the view from up here is spectacular. The plaza itself is neatly paved with white granite, with a large fountain in the center that is commonly used by the locals to cool off on hot days. The edge of the plaza is entirely lined with one and two story buildings, at the 4 cardinal points of the compass, roads stretch off, with the single exception of east, where in place of a road a large viewing platform looks out over the ocean. All the buildings here are shops or coffee bars and the like, with the most expensive places actually being built into the cliff wall itself. Athena arrives from Hovercab Platform Two . Athena has arrived. Mern is wandering about, keeping to himself. Athena steps down from the hovercab station without any fuss, followed shortly by a crowd of people who disperse into the plaza, going abouttheir various duties, the locals seem to know her, and give her greater personal space than they might otherwise. Mern catches a couple of suspicious glances thrown at him from some people in the crowd and frowns, looking around until he catches sight of Athena. He chuckles a bit, shaking his head in amusement as his eyes search the plaza for a few moments. Kendrick watches Athena for a moment. A slight grin crosses his face before he turns his attention to the datapad in his hands. Athena is shortly stopped by a young lady, and a few words are exchanged between them. They continue talking for a few moments, and then Athena smiles and pats the young lady on the shoulder, causing noticable jumps from a few people around the plaza. She then walks off, heading vaguely in Mern's direction. Mern notices Athena's course change and frowns, beginning to move off into the crowd, non-chalantly of course, trying to move out of her path in hopes that she just happens to be heading in that direction. As it happens, Athena was indeed just heading in that direction. But Mern's reaction can harldy be considered the most reassuring for her security team, and one of the more noticable agents breaks off to shadow him. Mern snarls to himself at this unexpected turn of events but decides he might as well have a little fun. He ducks into an alley and hurries to a fire escape, leaping up on the lower ladder and letting it slide down as he climbs up. Once on the escape itself, the youth pulls the ladder up and begins to make his way up the scaffolding with amazing rapidity. Athena blinks in suprise as two of her guardians appear from nowhere beside her, pistols drawn and aimed at the ground, one is talking rapidly into a throat mike, while the other puts one arm around her shoulders, guiding her towards the protection of the hovercab station. Merram steps down from the Hovercar station. His gaze drifts around, settling on Athena, quirking an eyebrow in question, watching. Meanwhile, up on the scaffolding. Whoever was shadowing Mern before seems to have lost him, and if the youth were to look he might notice a man running past the alley he went down. Kendrick looks up and watches the action. An amused look on his face. Grek clomps out of an alleyway, rubbing his hands togther, sniffing the air, flicking his tounge out, tasting it. Glancing over to Athena, as he catches her scent. Mern glances briefly over the side of the roof and smiles a bit as he sees the man dash by. He looks around the rooftops, checking for other threats while planning his next move. Mern is, for those who don't know, up on top of a roof, probably hidden from all but the most determined, skilled, or high in the air searchers. Grek's eyes flick around, looking, smelling, hunting. He grunts as he watches Athena and her guards. Merram is baffled by the site before his eyes, "Whats tha h'll." He mutters softly. Athena's voice becomes audiable as she approaches the hovercab. "...mean? If it's just a kid?" To which one of her guards replies. "Just...they are the most dangerous.. Now st.." He looks up at Merram, frowning. "Sir, please vacate the area." The security drones that provide protection for the plaza don't seem to have moved from their courses. Evidently someone screwed up. Merram quirks an eyebrow at the guard, "Whats going on?" He asks, his hand slipping down it his pistol, "What kid?" Kendrick amused look turns into a chuckle, "And the fun begins." Grek snuffs and glances around, his gaze flickering towards the security drones, chortling softly, "Fun." As he waves his way through the crowd, in the general drection of Athena. Athena's guards split up, one moving to shadow Grek, the other stepping forward to stand between Merram and the Councilor. "I'm sorry sir.. Wait, are you militia?" He asks, his voice cautious. And the safety is off on that gun in his hand. Grek grunts and muffs, sniffing the air. Growling deep in his throat, "Try human..." He grunts softly, slowing his pace down. Mern's hand moves instantly to his dagger as his instincts kick in. He turns to one side, his eye searching the area more thoroughly, surveying every foot of rooftop. Merram shakes his head, "No." He states, side stepping out of the way, sort of. Athena frowns, putting one delicate hand on the security man's shoulder. "Don't worry about him, he's... A friend.." She says softly, an action which causes the man to relax, just slightly. "Please.. Move away." He asks again. Merram glances to Athena, arching a eyebrow in question, "Friend." He mouths, stepping back a bit more. Carefully watching the security guard. Across the rooftop, not 20 feet from Mern's current position crouches a man in urban camo, a long and sleek black sniper rifle just finishing up its bead on Mern. "Okay kid.." He begins. Kendrick looks over to Merram, "Best do as she says." He leans against the wall. Grek's guard doesn't so much as blink. "Move along." He says coldly. By now, two more guards have appeared from the crowd, moving to stand beside the slightly worried looking Athena. Grek sniffs the air, flicking his tounge out, tasting it. Satisfied he backs off, glancing to the guard, growling a warning. But back off he does. To a postion to watch, crossing his massive arms over his barrel chest. Merram hrms softly, watching. He backs off slowly. Kendrick frowns slightly, "All right, everyone hold up. For /christ sakes/ this is a young boy your chasing. Probably got him scared shitless." Mern glares at the man before him but puts his hands away from his sides.........that is before throwing himself backward in a reversed leap that will surely take him past the edge of the roof to the hundred or so foot drop directly behind him.....probably either to become one with the pavement below, or to slam into the wall on the far side of the alley first....with the end result being the same. Merram frowns, glancing over to Kendrick, "What kid?" He asks again. His gaze roving around, looking. Kendrick looks up to the roof top he last saw Mern, "Come on down here, son. Nothing bad will happen to ya." The sniper swears violently and lunges forward towards the edge of the roof, but he trips on a loose roof tile and goes tumbling a good ten feet away. Merram looks over to where Kendrick is, frowning, "Mern..." He mutters as he steps away from Athena and the guard. One of Athena's guards starts, "Charlie two, this is gh.." He trails off as Athena quietly and calmly steps up to him. "Listen to the man." She orders him. "He's a kid.. Hardly dangerous.. Give him some room, that's an order.. I don't want people to start shooting." Grek sniffs again, flicking his tounge out. "Hrmm..." Mern's arm reaches out and snags a window-box....which doesn't hold for very long. The side he's holding onto breaks off, spilling dirt and flowers all over him. With a grimace, he pushes off using his feet, his other hand reaching back towards the fire escape he first climbed up. The guard looks like he's about to protest, but then nods. "All units back off, orders from the Queen." The guard facing Grek glances around, checking no one else is closing, while the one next to Merram frowns. "Sir? Excuse me?" He asks. Merram frowns, "Shit..." He mutters. Looking around, "Nothing. Just do your job." He growls to the guard. Grek grunts and chortles softly, his cold eyes slowly drift, looking. As he sniffs the air, testing it, flicking his tongue out, tasting it. Mern catches hold of the railing of the second-story fire escape, sighing with relief despite the fact that his legs swing down and slam into the metal stairway.....apparently desperate measures like these are causing him to reach deep into his bag of tricks. Rather then waste time climbing down the fire escape, the youth drops the remaining 15 feet, hitting the ground in a roll. He quickly stands to his feet and looks around for any other signs of pursuit. Kendrick moves over to help Mern down, "You ok, kid?" There are no signs of pursuit from and of the Sivadian Special Service. Mern finds Kendrick standing there and mistakes him for another of the pursuers, having been caught quite by surprise. He snarls and spins around, aiming a swift kick at the man's midsection, hoping to disable him long enough to make an 'escape'. Kendrick throws his arms into an 'X', hoping to block the kick. Merram growls and follows Kendrick. Seening its Mern, "Mern.. Don't!" He yells. Kendrick misses the block and topples over slightly. "This is the thanks I get?" he says through a grimace. Athena glances around. "Okay, where did that man go?" She asks, a slight bit of tension in her voice. One of the guards nods. "Ghost Two has them in sight." He gestures towards the alley at the same time Merram yells. Mern catches sight of Merram and hears his voice. He hesitates for a moment before glancing down at Kendrick and snorting in defiance and disgust before disappearing around a corner. Merram growls and steps toward Mern, "Mern. Its me, Merram." He calls as he closes in on Mern, hands held out. Kendrick stands up and rubs his stomach, "Damn...kid's gotta good kick there." Merram sighs and shakes his head, "Mern..." He mutters, stepping towards Ken, "You alright?" Kendrick nods, "I'm fine. Want to have a talk with that kid though. I could use someone like him." Grek sniffs the air, "Humans." He grunts, flicking his tounge out, tasting the air. Athena glances towards the apparent head of her detail. "Call everyone off." She orders. "Now." She shakes her head. Merram nods, "Yeah, well. Good luck." He chuckles and turns around, heading towards Athena. "But m'a.." The detail head sags slightly, and then nods. Grek grunts, sniffing the air again. He turns around and faces the alleyway, where Mern was. Flicking his tounge out, tasting it. Making sure. "Sandy..." He weaves his way through the crowd, towards him. Mern has by no means stopped running, whether he can see pursuers or not. He ducks into an alcove and waits. Out of the crowd near the alley where Mern vanished, and where Kenrick now stands, a young, utterly normal man steps forward towards Grek. "Well, that was fun, don't you think?" He asks. Athena turns towards Merram as he approaches, taking a step forward out of her ring of guards, however, she says nothing. Grek nods, "Fun." He grunts simply. Sniffing the air, "Yes." He growls, "Where you be?" Merram steps towards Athena and bows, "Councillor." Athena sighs faintly. "A friend of yours?" She asks politely. Merram nods, "Yes." He says as he stands up, "I was meaning to talk to you." Kendrick hmm's slightly as Mern disappears, "I really gotta get him working for me." He moves over to a nearby wall and leans against it. "Give him my apologies. My detail are a little jumpy at times." Athena says, her voice showing a hint of tiredness. "What do you need to speak to me about.." Sandy grins at Grek. "Why following that kid.. I'm not with the detail, I'm employed by her family, and indirectly by the government." He shrugs. Merram nods, "I will." He hrms softly, "You sound like you could some sleep." He grins slightly. Grek grunts, "I see. You have special jobs then?" He asks, crossing his massive arms over his barrel chest, planting himself where he is. Athena smiles faintly. "It can wait." She replies. "Do you need anything?" Sandy looks faintly impressed at Grek's sheer presence, although he doesn't show it to much. "A few, mostly ones for the family." Merram chuckles lightly, "I'm not so sure... It is business." Athena grins. "Ah, what sort of business?" She asks, she doesn't seem that tired or that off-put by the mention of work. Grek nods and snuffs slightly, flicking his tounge out, like a snake, tasting the air. "You be different then regular detail... You once work for man, named: Johanna Greeves before?" He asks, stubbling over the name. Kendrick arches an eyebrow slightly, pushes himself off of the wall, and walks back to the beach. Merram hrms, "Private business." Kendrick heads into Beachfront Walk . Athena nods curtly. "Well, if it's urgent we can go to my office now, if not you can call in tomorrow sometime? My door is always open." Sandy shakes his head. "Nope. I've worked for TA Industries since I was 19." He doesn't look more than 35. Merram nods, "Tis not urgent." He lies as he bows slightly, "I will call on you tomorrow." Grek grunts and nods, flexing his clawed hand, "Good. He cheat me." He smirks or trys too. Revealing one or two teeth, "He die, painful death." He chortles softly. Athena smiles wanly. "Very well, now if you'll excuse me, I think I'm going home.." Merram nods, "Good night." He calls as he turns around and walks off. Sandy looks up as Athena speaks these words, even though the plaza separates them. "Hrm, I hope you catch 'im. But it seems the boss is rolling.. Excuse me.." Grek suddenly snuffs, raising his head, "Moment." He says as he disappears down the alleyway, flexing his hands. Sniffing and flicking his tongue out, hunting. Mern is still hidden in the alcove. He hears the unmistakable shuffling of the reptiloid as it approaches. He pulls back into the shadows and draws his dagger. Sandy frowns, coming to a stop and turning, before grinning a touch and muttering something to himself. Athena vanishes away to the west down Volstov boulevard. Grek sniffs the air, flaring his nostrils, taking a deep breath. A slowly smile creeps across his face, revealing his sharp teeth. "Human smell different.." He grumbles as he takes a step closer to Mern's hiding spot. Merram sighs softly as he flops down onto a bench, "This is going to take longer then I thought.... Maybe I should quit..." He mutters softly, lolling his head back, staring into the sky. Mern steps out of the darkness as he finds himself discovered. His dagger is drawn and the arm that holds it drawn back in preparation to throw it. "What do you want?" he asks suspiciously, his eyes burning brightly at Grek.   • After exiting the slums, Templar and his squad need to get Hakha off of Vekta. At the same time, General Bradley Vaughton is taking a shuttle up to the SD Platform to deliver the key. First, Templar and his squad tread through a rocky beach guarded by Helghast. They then assist several groups of ISA soldiers defending a beach from a Helghast invasion. They soon reach a dock where they seek out a fast boat to reach the fortress where they can get a shuttle for Hakha. They fight through large groups of Helghast and also assist groups of outnumbered ISA soldiers. After enduring intense fighting, Hakha discovers a computer that he needed to hack to find out certain information. He was about to when Templar told him they had too little time too do so. Hakha insisted, so Rico threatened himwith a pistol, telling him he needed to listen to the captain. Luger then threatens to kill Rico if he shot Hakha. Templar broke up the dispute and gave Hakha a few minutes to hack the computer. Hakha figured out the information that said the computer on the SD Platform that the Helghast had control of was General Stuart Adams's personal computer. This told them that Adams was secretly working for the Helghast. While in shock, The squad witnessed an explosion caused by the SD platform's weapons. On the SD Platform, Vaughton and Adams started the Platform using two keys. In a few seconds, a group of Helghast storm the room and, under Adams's commands, killed General Vaughton. The Helghast General, Joseph Lente, then enters the room and says that Scolar Visari will be told of Adams's efforts. Adams then uses the SD Platform to bomb a part of Vekta. Still shocked, Templar, Luger, Rico, and Hakha press forward and take two Helghast Fast Attack Boat and continue on their mission. [Section 1-"The Dunes"] While Luger mentions that it will rain soon, a tank shows up to try and kill you! If you're Rico, blow up the tank with the rockets, if you're not, hide until Rico blows up the tank, or use the grenade launcher located near the dead ISA soldier next to the rock formation, 3 or 4 grenades should do it. Then once the tank is destroyed, kill the remaining Helghasts in the area and move further, remaining ammo in the grenade launcher sould be useful. Then you'll find a couple of ladders that will take you to Grenade launcher ammo, a sniper and some ammo to it. Move further and a small group of Helghast will come to your location. Later on, in the far distance, there will be 2 commando boats dropping a small group of Helghast followed by a APC with more Helghast. On harder difficulties, it's recommended to kill the Helghast on the APC's MG before you try to charge at the remaining soldiers. If you head to the commando boats, the one at the right has some ammo for the Helghast rifle (And some shotgun shells for it), sniper, grenade launcher, and more. Further there will be to hills, one can be easily dispatched with the sniper, the other one is hiding until you charge, it's recommended to charge at the Helghast behind the big rock, then kill the sniper, then kill the soldier on a 3rd hill. Once all's done, go further and you'll find a building that will take you to the next section. Character's Path: Luger: Since she's a sniper, she starts this section on a hill to the right, away from the bots... Use that point to kill some Helghasts while Rico takes care of the tank. Rico: Like it says, use the rockets on your chaingun to destroy the tank. Templar/Hakha: Just hide behind the rocks until Rico destroys the tank. Or use the grenade launcher. [Section 2-"King of the Beach"] Go outside the building and you'll see some ISA soldiers, some grenades for Templar, a rocket launcher with 2 extra rockets, some rocket ammo for Rico and 2 sets of grenades that hints you that the next scene won't be pretty. First round, some Helghast will come from the right of the beach along with a commando boat filled with more Helghasts. Second Round, the same repeats, except that now there's a tank on the beach that you'll have to take out. Third round, it's basically that same as the first one, helpful hint; use the rockets from the rocket launcher and fire into the boats when the helghast appear, it will kill them all in the one blast. Once you survive that, a building will blow up, leaving you a path to the next area. After the path, some ISA are fighting some Helghast, kill the Helghast and a ISA soldier will say that you have to go to the right of the beach, so leave the building and head that way, you'll hear some firefight, along with a few Helghast soldiers heading that way. Kill them all and meet up with the ISA soldiers defending the docks entrance. There's a set of grenades and a rocket launcher. After you kill the Helghasts that were currently in the area, a commando boat with more Helghasts will appear, then the process repeats, then a small dialog will occur that will end this section. Character's path: Luger: Since she has no explosive ammo that can reach the tank, the rocket launcher will be your weapon against it. Rico: You can catch the extra rockets to blow up the tank. Templar: Use the grenades for his weapon to clear out any enemies in the trenches. Hakha: No specialties, so use the Rocket launcher for the tank and the regular grenades for the enemies in the trenches.

Hot Rod struggles against his bonds as he looks around at the area he's been placed, "This does not look promising.." he mutters then yells out, "Hey you cowards.. show yourselves and I'll smack that smug grin off your faceplate for you!!" he checks to see if his weapon systems are still functional, he attempts to power up his tailpipe lasers. The mechs ignore Hot Rod, and turn with some new devices. They start to shoot the prisoners with it, each one forced to transform. They reach Robustus and Hot Rod, the numbing shock starting to wear off as those devices are aimed, and fired. Discordia picks up the dicebag and takes out a D20 Discordia rolls a 2! Discordia picks up the dicebag and takes out a D20 Discordia rolls a 6! Robustus picks up the dicebag and takes out a D20 Robustus rolls a 12! Robustus seems the mechs approaching, shooting beams at those mechs up the line and making them transform. Hot Rod watches the mechs, "Hey, you leave them alone.. pick on some your own size!" he smirks, "Its demolition derby time!" the young cavalier suddenly transforms into his vehicle mode and revs his high powered engine. Turning away from Robustus before they could see if he transforms or not, the mechs fire again at Hot Rod, this time the beams coming out a different color, intending to disable the mech entirely! Hot Rod floors it and goes streaking towards a group of mechs, sending whichever ones that weren't completely mowed down flying into the air, "Yeeeeeeeehaw!!" he exclaims and just like that his fun is ended as his front tires explode,, sending the flaming racer skidding out of control, lucky for the young cavalier there’s a wall to help stop him, "Ow!" he transforms back into his robot mode since a car with only two working tires is pretty useless, "That should teach ya to pick on innocent mechs! And hey.. where’s Grimlock?!" he demands answers. Without a word, the mechs turn to fire again at Hot Rod, forcing him back. One of them presses a button on his arm "Stop resisting. There is no use, you will be put into the Rally one way or another." one hisses. Two more move to pull Robustus towards a door in the ramp. Robustus mentally sighs at the youth fighting them as he is but decides not to speak a word to him. Some lessons have to be learned the hard way, this is one of those times. Suddenly, the ground shivers, and a hideous shriek echoes around. There's a sudden panicked stir in those gathered, and they quickly dropped Robustus at the ramp into the stadium, skittering for a staircase below. Others are picked up, and Hot Rod is abandoned there, along with the others. Hot Rod narrows his optics and never being the type to just give up without a fight. He just shakes his head at how quickly Robustus gives in to his captors, "If I don't listen to Optimus.. what makes you think I'll listen to YOU!!" he raises both arms and returns fire from his chrome tailpipe blasters.. sending rapid fire bursts of orange lasers back at his captors, "I'm going to give you guys one hell of a repair bill!" There's another shriek, and it’s very quiet after Hot Rod fires at the retreating captors. There's then a constant rumbling sound building. Something very big was coming this way... Robustus waits there awhile, just to ascertain that the mechs are not coming back to continue pushing him into the arena. Once he is sure, he powers up his hover engines and intones to the youth, "Your weapons are working are they not Autobot?" he asks, "Because sounds like you are going to have to back up your words very soon." Indeed, the rumbling came from the arena, and soon a huge truck - larger than any other truck on the planet - had burst THROUGH the gate on the other side. Its' wheels were monstrous - grossly oversized, and indeed was stained with energon fluid. The arena itself was strewn with car parts - a bone yard of Transformers - and it turned a little, before facing the ramp where Robustus was, starting to charge up its' massive engine. Hot Rod isn't nervous or afraid of the loud rumbling.. he simply is looking around for an escape route, but then truckzilla bursts in, "Whoa!" the young cavalier starts to run back away from the truck while continuing to fire upon the monstrosity, "Hey you, why don't you come give me a lift.. I bet we can take it down if we worked together! Or do you want to see me get crushed and then deal with this thing on your own?!" Robustus considers his options as he mentally goes through what he is currently carrying in his subspace. Ah yes he was carrying something that would do nicely to deal with that monstrosity, that is if he had enough of it to do the trick. He backs himself toward Hot Rod. "Get on and hold tight." the medic intones, obviously working together is the better option. "But if you cannot take it down, then I have a backup plan." The huge truck grinds its' gears, the rear wheels spinning as it focused on the two. The headlights were blinding as they shone at the two mechs, as though challenging them. Then it starts forwards, roaring along as it picked up speed as fast as possible... Hot Rod quickly hops on top of Robustus and stops firing just long enough to study the truckzilla looking for weak spots, "Let's get some altitude.. looks like being grounded is its biggest weakness." Robustus scans the arena as far out as he can, noting where the wrecks are and other signs of previous kills. He doesn't look into the headlamps of the monster vehicle. Once Hot Rod is on board he powers up his hover engines and banks off to the right side of the arena. He hovers as far of the ground as he is able to do as he keeps tabs on what the truck is doing, seeing what sort of response time it has with a moving target. "See if it has any weak spots around the tire region." the medic suggests. Robustus picks up the dicebag and takes out a D20 Robustus rolls a 5! Monster Trucks can stand upwards of 10 feet above the ground. It continues to bounce towards the two at full speed, when suddenly the cab lifts... And a huge toothed mouth appears, splitting the entire chassis in half! It snarls loudly, snapping as it bore4 down towards the two... Swerving at the last minute to follow Robustus' movements as it snarls, crashing into the side of the arena, crumpling it. Stopped... for now. Hot Rod keeps scanning around, "This is an arena.. where is the audience? I say we ruin their entertainment so maybe they'll get bored and let us go." then the cavalier begins to shoot at everything he thinks might be a camera. Robustus skims along about five feet off the ground, the maximum he can hover safely. Now that monster is stopped he heads toward it to give Hot Rod a good shot at disabling it. He makes sure he doesn't get too close though since the vehicle has that snapping jaw device. "Listen Autobot, shoot at that thing or trust me we will learn a whole new meaning to 'Until all are one'." The creature starts to turn around, rumbling as it snarled, focusing on Robustus as it spun its' tires, sending parts everywhere as it charges again, this time a little slower - intending to catch the hover skid! It roared deafeningly loud. Robustus is reasonably sure he is more agile than the monster vehicle so as it spins its tires to charge toward him and his rider he alters his course several times to keep it guessing which way he'll be coming in toward it. Hot Rod slides his targeting visor down from his helmet and zeros in on the snapping mechanism as instructed, "Good idea!" he yells out as he starts to fire wildly at the giant chompers, "This'd be easier if I had my rifles.. but I think they took them away when I was captured." Hot Rod picks up the dicebag and takes out a D20 Hot Rod rolls a 15! The thing is hit a few times, but only is singed as it zigs and zags, trying to keep a bead on Robustus! Hold on tight to my cab because I will sideswipe at it to try to defect the jaws away from you long enough for you to jab those needles into its gas tank. Got it?" Hot Rod reaches into the subspace pocket and pulls out all the indicated needles, "You mean these?" then he looks at the beast with some doubt, "Sure..sounds like a plan to me. He activates his magnetizing device for his feet. Then he stands up to ride Robustus like a hover sled, "Let's do this.. no guts no glory.. I'm ready!" The creature shrieks, starting to pull tighter turns as it rolls down at Robustus, snapping it’s teeth. LEARNING, moving closer and closer, going through any remaining obstacles... Robustus readies himself and comes in to sideswipe it near the front tires, leaving just enough leeway for his flatbed area to swing slightly under the carriage of the monster vehicle. If it works the way he hopes, Hot Rod could just jab the needles up into the tank from below. "Those are it. Let's do this thing." the medic intones. It wobbled again, growling before it rolls into a wall, the wheel climbing it... and it tips over on its' side. Hot Rod sits down on Robustus and peers at the big truckzilla, "Its rumbling, stumbling, tumbling.. timbeeeeeer!" he calls out, "I wonder if Grimlock is having this much fun too." he pulls out his ener-canteen an chomps on an ener-ration. Grimlock is still stunned, in a cell, locked up. Robustus pulls up to the thing since it's on its side, "Finish it off, then we need to figure out how to exit this arena." the medic tells the youth. "Considering that all those wrecks out there died an undignified death? I would think that your associate may just argue with you. But seeing as he isn't here and I am, I certainly can try to see if I can access its neural network." Hot Rod blinks as the headlight turns on, he reaches a hand out to pat the beast's headlight, "Don't make me regret this, OK?" he shrugs, "I just have this feeling like it could have finished us at will but was playing with us. Maybe others hand to fight it cuz they were scared of its size and it resulted in their death." he pats the headlight, "Isn't that right?" It snarls again, blinking that headlight. one wheel whirls a little bit. It may be starting to recover a little bit, the tongue twitching at the end. Robustus scans the monster for a sign of where the neural network is within it. "You were unconscious when the mech that was in the room with us told Grimlock and I that those that brought us here force transformation." he finds what he is looking for and looks for the seam to get to the network, "The beam they hit us with is supposed to be permanent, keeps you in vehicle mode. May even keep you from being able to move while in vehicle mode, making you an easy victim for this big bruiser." Crouching, the medic shines a medical light into the area and finds what he is looking for, "Let's see how much I remember from my medical academy days hm?" The creature continues to snarl and drool, the headlight continuing to blink constantly as the side panels were opened up. Robustus examines the layout of the neural network card and its neural chips, using his scanner he scans each chip to determine what it controls. "Ah here we go.. free will may help us." he states, pulling the chip free so he can switch it from the off position to on then putting it back into place. Another chip is pulled at a few slots over, "And this should fix it so they cannot control it." moving a switch from on to off then putting that chip back. The creature lets out a bark, its' rear wheels spinning in midair a bit snarls again, snapping a few times before settling as well. Robustus hmms softly, "Interesting reaction. Would you have an energon goodie on you? Perhaps a showing of kindness may win it over to assisting us." the medic suggests. He's still going over the neural board to see if he can do anything else to keep them from being run over should it right itself as the sedative that was administered slowly wears off. "Hmm has a beast like quality here from what my scanners are telling me. Seen similar readings in Chimera and Bytaboom, but this one isn't smart like those two." he murmurs. "Let's see now.. hmm... where is that chip I need." Arcee had been kidnapped. And the two kidnappers walk into the arena just now, oblivious to what was going on. They stop short and stare, shocked. Arcee is all shackled and has a gag over her mouth. She mumbles something under the gag, but it can't be heard clearly. It just sounds like "Mfff, mmmf mmmmmf!" Robustus is crouched next to the monster vehicle, fiddling with something inside the beast while it's on its side and sedated just enough to keep it cooperative. "Hmm.. ah.. this might be it." he murmurs, taking out the chip and examining the switch settings carefully. He looks up a moment, "Did you just hear something?" "HEY!" one of the two mechs with Arcee shouts, drawing out a REAL blaster as he notices what they are doing. Arcee squirms in her bonds. "MRRRPH!" she exclaims. Robustus sees the blasters come out, he puts the chip back in after resetting a switch and moves over to Hot Rod. Once he is close enough he erects a personal force field around them both. He smirks at the duo then looks to Hot Rod, "Hop on again, we aren't done yet it seems." the medic says, transforming into his hover vehicle mode with his force field still in place. Hot Rod has been busy playing with the sleeping monster trying to bond with the one light headlight, "I'm Hot Rod.?" he tells the monster and then looks up as Robustus stops his work and there is a scream. His optics go wide and he rushes over to Arcee's side, "Arcee! What happened to you?" he blinks and then helps to remove the gag from the femme's mouth. "I was minding my own business down by the racetracks, then next thing I know I'm tied up being held by these goons," Arcee replies. "Thank goodness, Hot Rod!" Lifeline hasn't been readily noticeable, but when Jot Rod runs TOWARD the two mech who are bringing in a newly captured Arcee she takes action. Brandishing a crescent wrench that had been hidden in a storage compartment, she sticks her arm through the bars of the cage she's in and throws the wrench at the nearer of the two captors with as much force as her limited range of movement allows. The blast lands squarely on his chest plate which up ends the young cavalier and sends him on his tailpipe sprawled out on the ground. He mutters while staring straight up, "I bet this never happens to Optimus." No. He got shot in the hip doing that. Lifeline doesn't wait to see whether or not her thrown wrench hits the captor, though her aim has never been wrong. Instead, she immediately pulls a laser scalpel -- too small to cut through the bars of the cell she's in, but not too much to cut Arcee free. If the slagging femme would only PAY ATTENTION. "Arcee," She hisses. Arcee gasps as Hot Rod gets shot down! "Oh no!" she exclaims. Then she hears lifeline behind her. She helps get in position so Lifeline can cut her free. Robustus wonders where that wrench came from.. cuz that was one heck of a throw! He transforms and skids to a halt upon his feet, sliding in next to the shot youth. Then he takes a swing at one of Arcee's captors, putting all his weight into the punch. The mechs turn, only to be clocked by a Wrench. The one staggers. The other dodges away and fires again at Robustus "Away from that beast! And the words are knocked out of the mechs' mouth cleanly, sending his head spinning before he collapses Lifeline makes quick work of slicing through the bindings securing Arcee, though may well have nicked the femme's arms a few times in her haste. She then turns the laser scalpel and presses it into Arcee's hand to use as a makeshift weapon. Hot Rod gets up slowly, his optics glowing blue which is never a good sign for the other side. , "I won't allow you to hurt anyone else." the cavalier raises his arms and starts to open fire at the captor mechs guarding Arcee, "Get away from her.. Beasts trained for aggression, tortured and driven to near madness, yet still possessing the same instinctual tendencies - assert dominance, destroy the weak, fight back against anyone who raises a fist. Easily dealt with, easily turned aside. Flaring the 'wings' on his back, Grimlock strode forward purposefully, locking his optic band on the creature. "Me Grimlock not afraid! Me not run from fight!" Clenching his fists - just in case something went wrong - he planted his feet, puffed out his bright gold chest plate, and stared the mighty Ton-Ka down... With a low grunt, Grimlock follows Arcee and Hot Rod - or to him, 'the two kids' - as they follow the medics out of this pit. Wary for dangers, he keeps his optics focused on the walls, the floor, the ceiling... anywhere a nasty surprise could appear from. "Need move on," he grumbles, shaking his head. "Not safe here. Need find who capture us... make pay."
