Synopsis
  • Billy travels to an Island where he meets the Storm King, who uses his skills as a weather forecaster to claim to control the weather, meaning the Islanders pay him money for good weather. Billy sneaks into his house and finds this out. However he is captured by the Storm King, who leaves him tied to a chair and gagged for a storm which is about to hit the Island and will hit the house. However Steamboat Willy hears Billy has been captured. He goes to the house and frees Billy, who stops the tornado hitting the Island. The Storm King, escaping by boat, is caught in the tornado and killed.
